Because all Guts Tees products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Sizing Responsibility

  • Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout.
  • Size charts are provided on all product pages to assist with accurate selection.
  • Incorrect size selection is not considered a defect and is not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

What We Do Cover

We will gladly replace or refund items if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a printing defect
  • You received the wrong item than what was ordered

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color preference differences
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items washed or worn
