Satisfaction Guarantee

Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. We recommend reviewing all product details carefully and reaching out with any questions before placing your order.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Requests submitted within 12–24 hours will be handled on a best-effort basis, but if your order has already entered production, we won’t be able to cancel it.

That said, your happiness matters to us. If something isn’t right, please reach out to us at support@gutstees.store within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Sizing Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout.
  • Size charts are provided on all product pages to assist with accurate selection.
  • Incorrect size selection is not considered a defect and is not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a printing or sizing fault
  • You received the wrong item than what was ordered

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Orders of more than 5 items or any high-value / bulk orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold, and returns on large orders have a significant impact on our small business.

For smaller orders, returns may be considered if the following conditions are met:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs, customs fees, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
  • Returns must be sent to our designated address in California

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a full refund if it meets the above conditions.

Refunds

We offer a comprehensive refund policy to ensure you feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund (subject to eligibility).

If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@gutstees.store

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color preference differences
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items washed or worn
