Refund policy

Guts Tees items are printed to order. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Size exchanges - One free exchange per order. The item must be unworn and unwashed. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items - Email a photo and we will replace or refund in full at no cost to you. You do not need to post anything back.

Change of mind - Unworn, unwashed items may be returned for a full refund. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Orders of 7 or more items are made to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Damage and defect cover still applies in full.

To start a return or exchange, email support@gutstees.store with your order number. We will send return instructions and the return address.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
